Nothing brings me more joy than organizing. Whether I'm looking at information in front of me, or the space around me, I find an outlet for creativity. You take something valuable, look at it with fresh eyes, and after a while you realize that this part belongs here, and that belongs there and this could be simpler, and this more clear. Eventually, everything finds its home. Whatever it is, it ends up where its meant to be, and you can feel more relaxed and at ease. As for me? I feel like I’ve ended up where I’m meant to be, at Los Corrals. I am grateful to be a caretaker of such a valuable Kansas City staple, where so many feel at home, and where I enjoy spending most days. Come see us sometime soon.
